Air Concepts Heating and Cooling, Inc. is owned and operated by Ken Carpenter and Mike Mitchell.

Ken Carpenter has been in the HVAC business for over thirty years, first working in the Portsmouth community for standard Heating,  and then going on to start his own business in 1985, Carpenter Heating and Cooling, LTD.

In 2000, Ken sold his fifteen year old business  to Glennco Systems, Inc., a mechanical/HVAC contractor. Ken remained with the business to manage the HVAC portion and then later hired Mike Mitchell for residential sales.

In 2004, Glennco decided to sell its HVAC portion of the business, and Ken and Mike purchased the well reputable company and kept its employees. On June 1, 2004 Ken and Mike renamed the business to Air Concepts Heating and Cooling, Inc.

Air Concepts Heating and Cooling, Inc. continue to grow, and are dedicated to becoming Southern Ohio’s most reputable HVAC company.
